Job Summary
We're looking for an experienced Building Commissioning Agent.

Responsibilities include:

  • Complete Design Reviews
  • Complete Prefunctional and Functional Checklists
  • Review construction phase submittals for systems to be commissioned
  • Review Test and Balance reports in preparation for site visit
  • Travel to job sites to complete site visits and final commissioning reports

The successful candidate must be organized, calm under pressure, and capable of maintaining clarity while managing multiple deadlines for multiple clients.

Job Summary
We're in search of an entry level candidate who has a degree in Environmental Science and a demonstrable interest in the built environment to join our team as an entry level Sustainability Consultant.

First three months learning objectives include:

  • Learn how to review construction phase material submittals for compliance with environmental standards such as LEED and High Performance Sustainable Buildings
  • Learn how to document material compliance with the requirements of those standards
  • Learn how to coordinate with contractors to provide compliance reports
  • Study for and complete the LEED GA Accreditation

Candidates will be evaluated on the basis of:

  • Relevant education and/or professional background
  • Demonstrated interest in the built environment
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning
  • Demonstrated ability to be successful working remotely

Job Summary
We're looking for an entry level candidate who has a degree or demonstrable interest in Environmental Science to join our team as a Sustainability Intern with the potential for full-time employment after the internship period expires.

Learning objectives include:

  • Complete LEED GA Accreditation
  • Complete LEED and High Performance Sustainable Building Checklists
  • Review construction phase material submittals for Divisions 3-10, 31+32
  • Research materials submittal packages for compliance with program requirements
  • Complete all construction documentation required to demonstrate compliance
  • Provide monthly coordination calls and updates to General Contractor clients

The successful candidate must be independent, responsible, organized, systematic, and creative with problem solving.
