State and local governments across the country are adopting LEED for publicly and privately owned and funded buildings and many federal initiatives are in place.

LEED GA Training ProgramLEED AP Training Program
The LEED AP exam is divided into two parts. The first step is the LEED Green Associate exam, for professionals who want to demonstrate green building expertise in non-technical fields of practice, which denotes basic knowledge of green design, construction, and operations. For an Architectural Metals company, LEED GA accreditation is sufficient.

Our Prep classes are geared towards understanding the core concepts of LEED and preparing you for the LEED Green Associate exam. Participants will receive training on the concepts that are fundamental to the LEED Rating Systems and will learn successful green building strategies. The training series concludes with an overview of recommended study methods, exam-taking skills and practice questions for the LEED Green Associate exam.
The LEED GA, 10 hour course can be held in 2 days with 5 hours of teaching on each day. Our suggested hours are 10:00 to 12:30, lunch from 12:30 to 1:00, and then 1:00 to3:30 (5 hours a day)

The second step is a specialty exam based on one of the LEED Rating Systems – LEED BD+C or LEED ID+C or others. The candidates need to pass the LEED GA before taking the LEED AP exam. For LEED AP with specialty exams, prior LEED project experience is strongly recommended.
A LEED AP is an individual who possesses the knowledge and skills necessary to support the LEED certification process. Our class focuses with a clear and concise definition of the knowledge, skills and abilities needed in order to successfully serve as a LEED AP.
