Mr. Bataoel oversees the documentation for all of our LEED projects. He holds his BS in Environmental Science and an MS in Defense and Strategic Studies. Aside from his expertise in green building, he has a vivid interest in military uses of rapidly renewable technologies. He is responsible for green building design consulting (eco-charettes), RFP responses, reviewing specifications for compliance with LEED, contract negotiations, training program implementation, and management of relationships with architects, engineers, contractors, and top-level decision-makers in domestic (US) and foreign markets. In 2009 and 2010 he served on the Chair of the Qatar New Construction Era Conference. He has been featured in Arabian Business Magazine, among other publications.
Mr. Garrido holds a degree in Environmental Science / Sustainable Living. He has been engaged in philanthropic projects, such as helping the Dakota Indian tribe build an eco-friendly home. Mr. Garrido enjoys studying plant science and biomimicry when he has time. Currently, he is working on a number of LEED projects including a LEED Silver office building for Cambridge Investments, Inc.
Mr. Al Sharif oversees the documentation for all LEED Certification projects in the Middle East. Yaser is a well educated and well rounded LEED Accredited Professional from Jordan. He received his Bachelors degree in architectural engineering in 1982 from Azhar University in Cairo, Egypt. He has received a number of degrees from Jordanian University including those in project management, architectural landscaping, and Computer Aided Design (CAD). Mr. Al Sharif has years of experience with green building. His most recent projects include Benna City, Scap Metal City, and Saedan Tower in the Middle East.
Mr. van Grieken resides in Curacao, Netherlands Antilles. He is a general contractor for residential and commercial new construction and major renovation projects, and he has first hand expertise with green building techniques and products. He knows what works. His business office, which he built, is LEED Platinum Certified. It is the first building in the Caribbean to reach such a high environmental designation. Currently, he is working on the first LEED Certified Home in the Caribbean, a $3 million (USD) green villa, which has received a preliminary rating of LEED Platinum.
Ms. Loiselle is responsible for personnel management, project management, consultant support, international company development, and implementation of new marketing initiatives. Ms. Loiselle has familiarity with integrated global marketing communications, and has served as environmental consultant for international projects including the ARG Project in Curacao, Netherlands Antilles.
